Description
A three-year experiment that commenced on 01 January 2022 (that may be extended) to monitor for two hours every morning the passage of birds through and past the most easterly point in the county of Kent, England. The counts are undertaken using a systematic, repeatable methodology in order to facilitate scientific analysis and, for future researchers to be able to produce directly comparable data to assess, for example, migration phenology, reproductive success or wintering distribution strategies. Incidental other data are also recorded outside of the specified recording period.
